Driven by competition and fueled by teamwork, MSK White is our 12U squad and is ready to make waves this season! Led by veteran Coach Jamie (10+ seasons of coaching experience), our team focuses on hard work, accountability, and a passion for the game. We believe in pushing our athletes to their full potential while maintaining a supportive, positive environment. On our diamond, we aren't just developing elite softball skills—we are building confident, resilient, and empowered young women ready to take on the world.

Jamie Martin
Head Coach
Coach Jamie brings a lifelong passion for softball and many seasons of coaching experience to the field. Having played the game throughout her youth, she understands firsthand the dedication, discipline, and teamwork required to succeed both on and off the diamond. While Jamie loves the competitive side of the game, her primary focus is helping players reach their personal potential in a positive, supportive environment. She believes that a great season is built on hard work, mutual accountability, and a team-first mindset. For Jamie, the most rewarding part of coaching is watching young athletes grow into confident, resilient individuals. Her goal is to instill a lasting love for the game while teaching the foundational skills, work ethic, and character that players will carry with them long after they step off the field.
Aaron Joy
Assistant Coach
Coach Aaron has spent the past several years coaching 12U and 14U youth softball with Round Rock Sertoma. His passion for the game began at an early age playing baseball, where he first learned to appreciate the teamwork, healthy competition, and life lessons that sports provide. On the field, Aaron focuses on building solid fundamentals and personal confidence within a positive, engaging environment. He believes in helping athletes grow not just as players, but as supportive teammates and young leaders. Aaron takes pride in fostering a team culture built on effort and sportsmanship. His ultimate goal is to instill a genuine love for the game while giving every player the tools and opportunity to develop their skills and move on to the next level.
Ronnie Knox
Assistant Coach
Coach Ronni Knox brings over three years of coaching experience to the Austin softball community, with a career spanning from youth to high school athletics. With a professional background in education, Ronni combines her love for the game with a deep commitment to athlete development. She believes that softball is more than just a sport; it is a vital tool for building confidence, resilience, and character. On the field, Ronni is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where players are challenged to work hard, embrace perseverance, and discover their full potential as teammates and leaders.
